Responsibilities & Opportunities:

  • Support our executive team with scheduling, email correspondence, coordinating meetings and video/conference calls, booking travel and solving other administrative issues when they arise
  • Managing relationships via email and phone with internal and external stakeholders at Homebot, such as our clients, employees, Board of Directors and all internal groups
  • Taking on internal communication & planning responsibilities, such as organizing and supporting weekly team meetings, managing team events, demos, launces, conferences and outings
  • Organizing and preparing content for offsite meetings, conferences, and seminars in addition to planning hotel and travel arrangements
  • Maintain an organized filing system of electronic documents on Google Drive
  • Support Tech, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance and other departments with tasks and projects, as directed/needed
  • Facilitate and manage expenses processes for executive team

Minimum Experience:

  • 3 + years of experience as an Office Manager/Executive Assistant with fast paced leadership
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written skills
  • Patient, friendly, professional and stellar get shiz done attitude
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change and adjust priorities accordingly
  • Experience with Google Office (docs, calendar, spreadsheets)

Preferred Experience:

  • You’ve worked in Startup or fast-paced, high-growth companies before
  • You are familiar with Real Estate and/or Mortgage Lending and the different stakeholders involved with homeownership


  • Experienced leadership team with success in multiple exits
