We are scaling rapidly and are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our growing Engineering team at Homebot. This role is for an experienced engineering leader who is passionate about enabling a team of full stack engineers to be successful, both professionally long-term and in the day-to-day. You will work closely with product and design to plan development efforts. You will also support team members through mentorship and 1:1s. Additionally, as a code contributor yourself, you’ll be able to support sprint efforts, spike out work supporting upcoming sprints, and help influence best practices! Our team leads’ responsibilities are roughly split with 50% time in code, 25% planning, and 25% in management.
We are growing and building new teams! Each team’s domain varies and can require different strengths. Our teams are generally full stack so strong experience in both backend and frontend is valuable. Today we are looking for people that have strong foundations in React. Background experience in backends, particularly in Ruby on Rails is also a huge benefit.
This is a full-time position based in our Denver, CO office (hybrid working model), or fully remote* within the United States.
Compensation: This role has an annual targeted base salary range of $160,000.00 - $185,000.00, plus an annual 10% performance bonus target and Homebot equity. For additional details on our total benefits package, please review the section “Why Homebot?” at the end of this job description.

*For remote hires, we would plan to have you onboard in-person at our Denver office for a ~2 week period, as well as an expectation for quarterly visits for company/team events (Homebot will cover flights and lodging for the onboarding period and quarterly onsite expectations). We also offer relocation reimbursement for out-of-state moves to the Denver area for those who are interested in relocating.
